Some of the eagerly awaited Wendy Vecchi Art Parts are starting to arrive! The sample above shows just one of Wendy's amazing assemblages using Art Parts, Stamps, Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Embellishments and Ranger Products. Art Parts are really sturdy, stiff, sandable, inkable, alterable shapes that you can arrange in a multitude of ways. Cover with papers, Tissue Tape, stamped images, paint, etc., for a load of different effects, dimension and delight! Another bonus - you can run them through Tim's Vagabond Die Cut Machine using his Alterations Texture Fades! They are about 1/8" thick so are much more sturdy than Chipboard, but still thin enough to layer and work in the machine. I am about to try the "Custom Memo Pins" idea she's posted several times: ![]() Lay the pins on a non-stick Craft Sheet, put the paper or other item you want to feature into the open space of the Memo Pin (or Charm Clip!), fill with Glossy Accents, allow to dry a couple of hours and voila! ![]() Customized embellishments that tie your artwork together!
